Job Responsibilities.
- Booking appointments with clients
- Maintain and order supplies
- Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to color, frost, or streak hair
Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair - Suggest to customers hairstyles that are best fit for them.
- Maintenance of good customer service to be able to have repeat business.
Additional Information:
As a hairstylist, you are required to have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
have hand-eye coordination; able to walk, stand, and sit for a long period. It is also important you are proficient at hairstyling techniques like:
- Blow drying
- Hair braiding
- Iron waving/curling
- Permanents
- Extensions
- Twisting
- Pin curls
- Roller setting
